200 billion is being added to large tax payer companies, from hydropower to beverages, expanding investment in Nepal
Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has asked the multinational big taxpayer companies that have invested in Nepal to bring in more investment. In the discussion held at the Ministry on Monday, Finance Minister Wagle asked 20 large multinational taxpayer companies to bring in new investments in Nepal, expand existing investments and create new jobs.
"Invest more heavily in Nepal, expand the existing industry," Finance Minister Wagle said, "enter new products and technologies." The government will stand with you.'' The representatives of the company, who gave their views in the discussion in turn after the request of the finance minister, said that the process of investing 200 billion rupees in Nepal is going forward soon and expressed their commitment to increase the investment if there is more political stability.
