12,000 shares of Kalika Micro Finance are on sale for general public
Kathmandu. Kalika Microfinance Financial Institution has put founder shares on sale. The company has put 12 thousand 184 shares in the founder's name in the founder's sale. Any person or company who wants to buy the said shares can submit a purchase application.
The company previously issued a 35-day notice and put it up for sale to the existing founding shareholders, but after no written application was received, it is going to be sold to the general public.
Investors who wish to purchase shares must submit a written application to the central office of the organization in Pokhara along with necessary documents within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
