12 lakh 82 thousand shares of Himalayan Bank for sale

Kathmandu. More than 12 lakh 82 thousand shares of Himalayan Bank have been put up for sale. 12 lakh 82 thousand 588 shares of the founder group of the bank have been put up for sale. At present, only the existing founder shareholders of the bank can make a purchase application for this share.
Interested founder shareholders should apply for share purchase within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the legal department of the bank located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. According to the bank, if there is no application for the purchase of shares from the founding shareholders within the specified period, the sale will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
