1 lakh 33 thousand 608 shares of founder shares of Nabil Bank for sale

Kathmandu. A founder shareholder of Nabil Bank Limited is going to sell 133,608 shares of founder shares owned by him.
The said shareholder had applied to the bank saying that he wanted to sell the shares in his name in lump sum. After the application was submitted to the board of directors of the bank, it was decided to proceed with the sale and purchase of shares after completing the necessary procedures, the bank said.
While selling the founder shares, the first priority is to be given to the existing founder shareholders of the bank. According to the same arrangement, Nabil Bank has invited the interested and qualified existing founder shareholders to apply for the purchase of the said shares.
