Bajura. An income of more than 1 crore has been earned from the sale of organic apples produced in Bajura. The apple farmers here have earned an income of 15 million rupees by selling apples. The amount was collected from the sale of apples produced in Swamikartik, Himali, Jagannath and Budhinanda in Bajura. Now organic apples produced in Bajura can be found in the big cities of the country, Kathmandu, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi.

The farmers of Bajura have been exporting the large yield of apples produced in their fields to external districts. Krishi Gyan Kendra They have been selling apples in the transportation of Bajura. This apple production has decreased compared to the previous year.

In Bajura, apple ripening started from 15th of August. Even though some farmers carry apples and sell them in Dokoma, the big result is more than 1 crore income from apple marketing. According to Krishi Gyan Kendra Bajura, the details and income of other apples sold in small numbers have not been kept.

There was some problem in transporting apples due to the road closure. Pur Rawat, an apple farmer of Budhinanda, said that due to the closure of the road, the apples could not be marketed on time. However, as ripe apples are exported to other districts through Karnali Corridor, it is easy for farmers to earn income, he said.
